About #WMA
Mission
Women’s March Action is focused on building the political power of women to increase their representation in government at all levels. As a 501c4, Women’s March Action provides intersectional education, training, outreach programs and entry points for grassroots activists & organizers to engage in local, state and federal elections.
Overview and Purpose
Women's March Action was born from the realization that marching alone isn’t enough to achieve equality. As the sister organization of the Women's March Foundation, this 501(c)(4) powerhouse works year-round to elect women and build their political power. Founded by Emiliana Guereca, Women's March Action is driven by the belief that women belong in the halls of power, making decisions that shape our lives and our future. We are on a mission to ensure that women not only have a seat at the table but lead the way in every room where decisions are made. Join us!
Why we March
We are empowered by the legions of revolutionary leaders who paved the way for us to march, and acknowledge those around the globe who fight for our freedoms. We honor these women and so many more. They are #WHYWEMARCH.
